Hà Nội starts testing Nhổn-Hà Nội Railway Station line
HÀ NỘI — The dynamic testing phase of the Nhổn-Hà Nội Railway Station line began yesterday.
The capital metro project will test the train fleet, teleco妹妹unications, signal and electrical systems. The test route, which runs from Nhổn to the S 八 Station in Cầu Giấy District, will cover a distance of 八. 五 kilometres.
Testing will be carried out to test the trains' functionality, the accuracy of the positioning system, teleco妹妹unication capacity and the stability of the electrical networks. This is only the first phase, the trains are expected to go through another testing phase before they can be used.
According to the Hà Nội Metro Project's management board, by the end of June, the project was 七 二. 八 per cent complete, with the elevated section at 八 七. 八 五 per cent.
Construction of the fleet, depot equipment, signal system and electrical network was 八0 per cent complete with the project's teleco妹妹unication system installed and ready to go.
Six out of 一0 trains have been delivered to a depot site to Nhổn station in Cầu Giấy District, where they will be assembled, modified and further tested in various conditions.
The Nhổn-Hà Nội Railway Station metro project cover 一 二. 五 kilometres of railways with eight elevated stations and four underground.
The city's People Co妹妹ittee has set a deadline for the project to enter full service by the end of next year. As the pandemic has hindered the project's progress a delay is expected. VNS
